Ingredients
- 1 can black beans (drained and rinsed)
- 3 - eggs
- 1/3 cup melted butter or ghee
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (at least 60% cocoa)
- 1/3 cup pecans (or your choice of nuts)

Step 1Preheat oven to 350F

Step 2Butter and 8 inch baking pan.

Step 3Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.

Step 4Transfer mixture to the baking pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
