Ingredients For flourless brownies

  • 1 can
    black beans (drained and rinsed)
  • 3
    eggs
  • 1/3 c
    melted butter or ghee
  • 1/4 c
    cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    chocolate chips (at least 60% cocoa)
  • 1/3 c
    pecans (or your choice of nuts)

How To Make flourless brownies

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350F
  • 2
    Butter and 8 inch baking pan.
  • 3
    Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.

    Transfer mixture to the baking pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes.

    Cool and serve.
