This ia recipe i found in a magazine in 2005 and i have been using it every since, it is so good so for all of you that "Pinch" this you will not be disappointed so " enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1pkg oz
    18.25 french vanilla cake mix
  • 1 pt
    coffee ice cream ,melted
  • 3
    eggs
  • ·
    frosting
  • 1 pkg oz
    8 cream cheese , softened
  • 1/4 c
    sour cream
  • 3 Tbsp
    unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 Tbsp
    coffee liqueur, such as kahlua
  • 1 1/2 c
    confectioners' sugar
  • ·
    cocoa for garnishing

How to Make Flora's Tiramisu cake

Step-by-Step

  1. heat oven to 350*.Coat a standard bundt pan with non stick coating spray. Dust with flour and shake out the excess.
  2. With an electric mixer, beat the cake mix melted ice cream and eggs in a bowl on low speed for 1 minute, beat 2 minutes on medium.Scrape into prepared pan.
  3. bake@350 for 35-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. cool in pan on wire rack 20 minutes invert onto rack to cool completely.
  4. FROSTING---In a large bowl beat cream cheese, sour cream, butter and liqueur on medium speed until light and creamy, about 2 minutes. ON low speed gradually Beat in confectioner's sugar about 1-2 minutes. place in refrigerator while cakes cool
  5. Place cake on stand; spread top and sides with frosting. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Dust top with cocoa powder.
