This is another old recipe of my mother's. This icing is so fluffy and not overly sweet! It is great on chocolate or white cake.

Ingredients
- 5 tablespoons all purpose flour
- - pinch of salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup crisco
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Step 1In a small sauce pan mix the flour, salt and milk and cook until it forms a paste. Cool in frig.

Step 2Add the crisco, sugar and vanilla and beat until the sugar is dissolved and icing is fluffy.
