Another very moist and dense cake served at BUNKO tonight. This cake can be served with whipped topping and no frosting or it can be frosted with the cream cheese icing below. Very good with whipped topping.

Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 - 20 oz. can apple pie mix
- 2 - eggs
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1 cup pecans, chopped

Step 1350 degree oven. Combine all dry ingredients in an ungreased 9 x 13" cake pan. Stir into dry ingredients: eggs, oil, pie mix and mix well. Add pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean.

Step 2Frosting (Optional) 8 oz. cream cheese, softened 1 stick margarine 1 tsp. vanilla 1 lb. box powdered sugar 1/2 c. chopped pecans Beat until creamy. Spread on cooled cake. This is very moist and good!! ENJOY!
