Ingredients

2 Tbsp
ap flour
3 Tbsp
sugar
2 Tbsp
unsweetened cocoa
1 large
egg
2 Tbsp
milk
2 Tbsp
vegetable oil
2 Tbsp
chocolate chips
1 dash(es)
vanilla extract

How to Make FAST and EASY ONE Slice Chocolate Cake

Step-by-Step

  • 1Add dry ingredients to microwavable mug and mix well.
  • 2Add egg and mix thoroughly.
  • 3Pour in milk and oil and mix well.
  • 4Add chocolate chips and vanilla and mix again.
  • 5Put the mug in microwave and cook on high for 2 minutes.The cake MAY rise over the top of the mug ,but don't be alarmed.
  • 6Allow to cool a little and then tip out onto a plate if desired...goes great with a scoop of ice cream or whipped cream.
