1 1/2 cpumpkin, canned or cooked

1 tspsalt

1 tspbaking soda

1 tspcinnamon

1/2 cwalnuts, chopped

1/2 ccoconut

1/2 ccrushed pineapple, drained

CREAM CHEESE ICING
-
1/4 stickbutter
-
8 ozcream cheese
-
3 cpowdered sugar
-
1 tspvanilla
-
1/4 cwalnuts, chopped

1/2 ccoconut
How to Make Fall in Love Pumpkin Cake
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat together sugar and oil, mix in beaten eggs and pumpkin. - Stir into mixture the flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda,and cinnamon. Add walnuts, coconut and pineapple.
- Pour into 9x13 greased pan. Bake 25-30 minutes.
- Ice cake after it has cooled. For icing, cream the butter and cream cheese together, gradually add in vanilla, then powdered sugar. Stir in walnuts and coconut, spread on cake. Keep cake refrigerated.
