I got this recipe from Kraft. It is fun to make and fairly easy. My kids love it. This is not my photo though, I will try to get one of mine up.

Ingredients For eyeball cupcakes

  • 1 pkg
    chocolate cake mix (double layer size)
  • 1 pkg
    jello chocolate pudding mix
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese softened.
  • 1/4 c
    butter
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 16 oz
    powdered sugar
  • 24
    candy rings
  • 24
    miniature chocolate candy pieces (such as m&m's
  • 1
    tube red decoating gel

How To Make eyeball cupcakes

  • 1
    Prepare cake mix as directed on package. Add dry pudding. Mix well. Spoon into 24 paper lined muffin cups. Bake as directed for cupcakes.

    Beat cream cheese, butter, and vanilla. Gradually add sugar until well blended. Spread on cooled cupcakes.

    Place candy ring on edge of cupcake. Place chocolate candy piece in middle of ring. Make veins using red tube of gel.
