I got this recipe from Kraft. It is fun to make and fairly easy. My kids love it. This is not my photo though, I will try to get one of mine up.

1 package chocolate cake mix (double layer size)
1 package jello chocolate pudding mix
8 ounces cream cheese softened.
1/4 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
16 ounces powdered sugar
24 - candy rings
24 - miniature chocolate candy pieces (such as m&m's
1 - tube red decoating gel

How To Make eyeball cupcakes

Step 1

Prepare cake mix as directed on package. Add dry pudding. Mix well. Spoon into 24 paper lined muffin cups. Bake as directed for cupcakes.

Step 2

Beat cream cheese, butter, and vanilla. Gradually add sugar until well blended. Spread on cooled cupcakes.
Step 3

Place candy ring on edge of cupcake. Place chocolate candy piece in middle of ring. Make veins using red tube of gel.
