How to Make Esther's Coffee Cake
1Mix all the ingredients for the batter in a bowl.
2Combine all of the nut mix ingredients in a separate bowl.
3Grease an angel food pan. In layers starting with the nut mix, then the batter put 1/3 of it in the pan, alternating with the batter.
4Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Glaze when cool.
