I had some bananas I needed to use up and really didn't want to make banana bread. So I opted for a cake and threw this together. It turned out so good I had to get it down so I could remember how I did it

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 3/4 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 bananas, over ripe
  • 2/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

How To Make elvis cake

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9 x 13 pan with no stick spray.
  • Step 2
    Mix together flour, sugar, baking soda and baking powder until well combined.
  • Step 3
    Add an remaining ingredients except chocolate chips and mix on medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour into prepared pan and sprinkled chocolate chips on top.
  • Step 4
    Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until toothpick comes out clean in the center. Frost with your favorite frosting or chocolate ganache.
