This cake is very good, it is quite sweet though. And it is very easy to make. I personally would give it 5*'s. I think that anyone that loves coconut would love this cake too! Enjoy.

Ingredients
- 1 box white cake mix
- 1 can cream of coconut
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 small bowl of cool whip
- 1 package coconut
How To Make ellie's coconut cake

Step 1Prepare white cake mix by box directions. Pour into a greased and lightly floured 9x13 inch pan. Bake as directed on box.

Step 2Mix together: 1 can of cream of coconut (NOT coconut milk) 1 can sweetened condensed milk

Step 3When the cake is done baking, pour the mixture all over the cake, being careful not to overflow the pan. Cool completely.

Step 4Frost the cake with the cool whip, and bagged coconut.
