1 boxwhite cake mix
1 can(s)cream of coconut
1 can(s)sweetened condensed milk
1 smallbowl of cool whip
How to Make Ellie's Coconut Cake
- Prepare white cake mix by box directions. Pour into a greased and lightly floured 9x13 inch pan. Bake as directed on box.
- Mix together:
1 can of cream of coconut (NOT coconut milk)
1 can sweetened condensed milk
- When the cake is done baking, pour the mixture all over the cake, being careful not to overflow the pan. Cool completely.
- Frost the cake with the cool whip, and bagged coconut.
