This tasty, Bundt cake is just as good for breakfast as it is for dessert.

Ingredients

1 box
spice cake mix (18 1/4 oz size)
1 box
instant cheesecake pudding mix (4 serving) *can use vanilla
1 c
vanilla yogurt
1/4 c
oil
1 c
eggnog
1
egg
3
egg whites
1 1/2 c
toasted chopped pecans
powdered sugar

Step-By-Step

1Combine cake mix, pudding mix, yogurt, oil, eggnog, egg and egg whites in a large bowl. Mix until creamy
2Stir in toasted pecans
3Pour into Bundt pan sprayed with cooking spray.
4Bake 40 - 45 minutes, until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean.
5Invert onto a wire rack. When cool, dust with powdered sugar
