Ingredients

  • 1 box
    spice cake mix (18 1/4 oz size)
  • 1 box
    instant cheesecake pudding mix (4 serving) *can use vanilla
  • 1 c
    vanilla yogurt
  • 1/4 c
    oil
  • 1 c
    eggnog
  • 1
    egg
  • 3
    egg whites
  • 1 1/2 c
    toasted chopped pecans
  • ·
    powdered sugar

How to Make Eggnog Spice Bundt Cake

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine cake mix, pudding mix, yogurt, oil, eggnog, egg and egg whites in a large bowl. Mix until creamy
  2. Stir in toasted pecans
  3. Pour into Bundt pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  4. Bake 40 - 45 minutes, until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  5. Invert onto a wire rack. When cool, dust with powdered sugar
