This tasty, Bundt cake is just as good for breakfast as it is for dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 box spice cake mix (18 1/4 oz size)
  • 1 box instant cheesecake pudding mix (4 serving) *can use vanilla
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 cup eggnog
  • 1 - egg
  • 3 - egg whites
  • 1 1/2 cups toasted chopped pecans
  • - powdered sugar

How To Make eggnog spice bundt cake

  • Step 1
    Combine cake mix, pudding mix, yogurt, oil, eggnog, egg and egg whites in a large bowl. Mix until creamy
  • Step 2
    Stir in toasted pecans
  • Step 3
    Pour into Bundt pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Step 4
    Bake 40 - 45 minutes, until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Step 5
    Invert onto a wire rack. When cool, dust with powdered sugar
