- 1 box spice cake mix (18 1/4 oz size)
- 1 box instant cheesecake pudding mix (4 serving) *can use vanilla
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 cup eggnog
- 1 - egg
- 3 - egg whites
- 1 1/2 cups toasted chopped pecans
- - powdered sugar
How To Make eggnog spice bundt cake

Step 1Combine cake mix, pudding mix, yogurt, oil, eggnog, egg and egg whites in a large bowl. Mix until creamy

Step 2Stir in toasted pecans

Step 3Pour into Bundt pan sprayed with cooking spray.

Step 4Bake 40 - 45 minutes, until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Step 5Invert onto a wire rack. When cool, dust with powdered sugar
