How to Make Eggnog Poundcake
- Preheat oven to 350*. Beat all ingredients together at low speed with an electric mixer until blended. Increase speed to medium, and beat 2 minutes. Pour into a lightly greased 9x5-inch loaf pan.
- Bake @ 350* for 1 hour to 1 hour and 5 min. or until a long wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool in pan on a wire rack for 10 min. Remove from pan to wire rack, and cool completely. (About 1 hour)
