(16 oz) pound cake mix
1 1/4 c
2 large
1/2 tsp
freshly grated nutmeg
1/2 tsp
vanilla extract

How to Make Eggnog Pound Cake


  • 1Preheat oven to 350.
  • 2Beat all ingredients together at low speed with an electric mixer until blended.
  • 3Increase speed to medium and beat 2 minutes. Pour into a lightly greased 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  • 4Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 5 minutes or until a long wooden pick inserted into center comes out clean.
  • 5Cool in pan on a wire rack 10 minutes. Remove from pan to wire rack and cool completely (about 1 hour).
