Ingredients
- 1 package (16 oz) pound cake mix
- 1 1/4 cups eggnog
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
How To Make eggnog pound cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350.

Step 2Beat all ingredients together at low speed with an electric mixer until blended.

Step 3Increase speed to medium and beat 2 minutes. Pour into a lightly greased 9x5 inch loaf pan.

Step 4Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 5 minutes or until a long wooden pick inserted into center comes out clean.

Step 5Cool in pan on a wire rack 10 minutes. Remove from pan to wire rack and cool completely (about 1 hour).
