Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 box instant vanilla pudding (3.9 oz) this is what makes the cake dense
- 4 - eggs
- 1 cup eggnog
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons rum extract
- 1 1/2 teaspoons nutmeg
- FOR THE GLAZE:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon rum extract
- 4 teaspoons eggnog
How To Make eggnog pound cake

Step 1In a mixing bowl combine all the cake ingredients and mix on medium speed for 2 minutes.

Step 2The batter will become very thick. I suggest buttering and flouring your bundt pan and don't use nonstick spray for the easiest release.

Step 3Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until done. Cool on wire rack for 10 minutes then turn cake upside down to release from pan,

Step 4Let cool completely. To make the glaze mix all the glaze ingredients then with a wooden spoon pour over cake letting it drip down the sides.
