Eggnog Pound Cake

Ingredients

1 boxyellow cake mix
-
1 boxinstant vanilla pudding (3.9 oz) this is what makes the cake dense
-
4eggs
-
1 ceggnog
-
1/4 cvegetable oil
-
2 tsprum extract
-
1 1/2 tspnutmeg
-
FOR THE GLAZE:
-
1 cpowdered sugar
-
1/4 tsprum extract
-
4 tspeggnog
How to Make Eggnog Pound Cake
- In a mixing bowl combine all the cake ingredients and mix on medium speed for 2 minutes.
- The batter will become very thick. I suggest buttering and flouring your bundt pan and don't use nonstick spray for the easiest release.
- Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until done. Cool on wire rack for 10 minutes then turn cake upside down to release from pan,
- Let cool completely. To make the glaze mix all the glaze ingredients then with a wooden spoon pour over cake letting it drip down the sides.
