Altered a recipe one day when I had no eggs, and REALLY wanted a brownie. This turned out really well.. I hope you enjoy it!

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup melted butter or margarine
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
How To Make eggless brownies

Step 1Pre-Heat oven to 350deg. Grease the bottom only of a 9x13 baking pan.

Step 2In a large bowl, sift together flour, salt, sugar, baking powder and cocoa powder.

Step 3Pour in milk, oil, melted butter/margarine and vanilla, and mix well.

Step 4Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is not shiny. (let cool at least 15 minutes before cutting into squares)
