Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, room temperature
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 2 - eggs
- 1 cup egg nog
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- TOPPING
- 1 1/4 cups chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
How To Make egg nog coffee cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a bundt pan with Pam Spray.

Step 2Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, egg nog and vanilla.

Step 3Stir together flour, baking powder & salt. Gradually beat into butter mixture.

Step 4Combine nuts, sugar & cinnamon for topping mixture. Scatter half the topping evenly over the bottom of the pan. Spoon in half the batter. Add the remaining topping and the rest of the batter.

Step 5Bake 50-60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. cool 15 minutes before removing from pan.
