1For crust, melt butter. Add crushed graham crackers and sugar. Press into bottom and sides of a 10 inch springform pan. Set aside
2For chocolate filling, melt butter with chocolate. Remove from heat. Add brown sugar, granulated sugar and flour. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add milk and vanilla. Pour into prepared crust.
3For cream cheese filling: cream cream cheese with granulated sugar and salt til fluffy. Add eggs separately. Add vanilla. Layer over chocolate mixture; don't stir or mix layers. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.Check every 5 minutes thereafter til center is soft set. Allow to rest for 15 minutes.
4For topping, mix sour cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla. Spread over top of cake. Return to oven for 10 minutes. Allow to cool for 1 hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Freezes well. Simply divine! Serves 16 to 20
