eclair cake
This cake is one of my aunt's who got it from her aunt on her mother's side of the family. We have been eating this cake for about 30 + years now and never get tired of it. It rich and very very good.

Ingredients
- 2 packages french vanilla instance pudding mix (sm)
- 3 1/2 cups milk
- 8 ounces cool whip
- 32 - gramcrackers
How To Make eclair cake

Step 1Mix pudding with milk, fold in the cool whip.

Step 2Line a 13x9 glass with about 8 1/2 whole gram cracker, then put 1/2 the pudding mixture over crackers. then another layer of crackers, then the rest of the pudding, last another layer of crackers.

Step 3Put foil over top of cake and refrigerate for at least eight hours. Frost cake with fudge frosting. Enjoy This cake should be kept refrigerated until gone.
