Ingredients

  • 2 small packages instant french vanilla pudding
  • 3 cups milk
  • 9 ounces cool whip
  • 1/2 cup half and half or evaporated milk
  • 6 ounces package of chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1 box 10x sugar
  • - graham crackers enough to line 9x13 pan

How To Make eclair cake

  • Step 1
    Do one day ahead! Mix 2 packages of instant french vanilla with 3 cups milk according to package directions. Add 9 ounces of Cool Whip. Place whole graham crackers in bottom of 9 x 13 pan.
  • Step 2
    Frosting: Cook 1/2 cup half and half or evaporated milk, 6 ounce package of chocolate chips, 3/4 cup butter in a double boiler until melted-then place in ice, adding 10x sugar.
  • Step 3
    Construction: Graham crackers lining bottom of 9x13 pan, pudding cool whip mixture, graham crackers, pudding cool whip mixture, graham crackers and then your frosting. Refrigerate
