Ingredients
- - graham crackers
- 2 - small packages, instant french vanilla pudding
- 12 ounces cool whip
- 3 cups milk
- TOPPING
- 2 tablespoons white corn syrup
- 3 tablespoons margarine
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 6 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
How To Make eclair cake

Step 1Mix pudding with milk and add cool whip. Line bottom of 9" x 13" pan with graham crackers. Top with half the pudding mixture. Make a second layer with graham crackers and pudding. Top with crackers. Refrigerate.

Step 2For the topping: Melt margarine in a large saucepan. Add corn syrup, milk, cocoa, and oil. Mix and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Add usgr and mix in a blender on medium speed until smooth. Pour over cake and refrigerate. Enjoy!!
