Ingredients
- 1 box german chocolate cake mix
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
- 1 - 8 oz pkg reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 stick butter
- 2 cups powdered sugar
How To Make easy upside down german cake

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9" x 13" baking pan w/ cooking spray. In bowl, make cake mix as directed.

Step 2Sprinkle pecans and coconut in bottom of pan. Place butter and cream cheese in microwaveable bowl. Microwave, stirring until butter is melted.

Step 3Beat in powdered sugar. Pour cake mix over pecan mix in pan. Drizzle w/ cream cheese mix. Bake about 45 mins, or until a toothpick inserted in ctr comes out clean, w/ a few crumbs.
