- 1 package poundcake mix
- 1 cup canned sweet potatoes, drained, mashed
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 3 large eggs
- 1 can or tub of betty crocker cream cheese frosting

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 10" bundt or tube pan w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, beat cake mix, sweet potatoes, milk, nutmeg and eggs w/ mixer on low, beat 1 min.

Step 2Beat on medium 3 mins, scraping bowl occasionally. Spread batter in pan.

Step 3Bake 45-50 mins, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 mins. Remove cake from pan, let cool. Frost cake w/ cream cheese frosting.
