Ingredients

1 package strawberry cake mix
1/2 cup melted butter
1 large egg, lightly beaten
1 - 8 oz pkg light cream cheese, softened
1 - 16 oz pkg powdered sugar
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla

How To Make easy strawberry cheesecake bars

Step 1

Heat oven to 375. Spray a 9" x 13" pan w/ cooking spray. In bowl, combine cake mix and butter. Beat in 1 egg. Press mix into bottom of pan.

Step 2

In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and 2 eggs until creamy. Stir in vanilla.
Step 3

Pour cream cheese mix over cake mix. Bake 30 mmins. Cool. Cut into bars. I always top the cake w/ sliced fresh strawberries.
