Ingredients

  • 1 can condensed tomato soup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 box spice cake mix
  • 1-1/4 cup hot water
  • 3/4 cup packed, light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

How To Make easy slow-cooker spice cake

  • Step 1
    Spray a 4-quart slow-cooker w/ cooking spray. In bowl, combine soup, 1/2 cup water, eggs and cake mix. Mix as directed on cake mix box.
  • Step 2
    Pour batter into cooker. In another bowl, stir together 1-1/4 cups hot water, brown sugar and cinnamon.
  • Step 3
    Pour sauce over batter. Cover, cook on high for 2 hrs. Spoon cake into bowls. Spoon sauce from bottom of cooker over cakes.
