Ingredients

  • 1
    box of yellow cake mix
  • 4
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    rum
  • 1
    small box instant vanilla pudding
  • 1/2 c
    water
  • 1/2 c
    vegetable oil
  • ·
    sauce for cake:
  • 1 stick
    butter
  • 1/4 c
    rum
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1/4 c
    water

How to Make Easy Rum Cake

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine all ingredents and beat with mixer for 3 minutes.
  2. pour into greased bundt pan. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
  3. While cake is baking make sauce, bring sauce to boil for 3 minutes.
  4. As soon as you remove cake from oven pour sauce over cake while it is still in bundt pan. Let cool an hour before serving.
