Easy Rhubarb Dessert

Kathie Carr

This was one of my Mom's recipes from the 1990's. Its so easy and so good. Our family has always loved anything rhubarb.

This cake has a creamy, rich rhubarb topping. Serve warm from the oven, just as is.... Or with a little whipped topping, if you like, and its heaven!
