I wanted to find a way to make cheesecake that was simple and easy. I put these ingredients together and my family loves it.

Ingredients

6 packages cream cheese
1/4-1/2 cup sourcream, softened
1-2 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
1 1/4 cups sugar
1 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 box graham crackers, crushed
1-2 stick butter, melted
2 cans cherry pie filling

How To Make easy refrigerator cheesecake

Step 1

Pour box of crushed graham crackers into bowl,add melted butter and 1/4 sugar. Mix together and ppour into glass baking dish. Press mixture on bottom and sides of dish. Chill for 15 minutes.

Step 2

Mix together softened cream cheese, sour cream, vanilla extract, and sugar in bowl. Add in whipped cream and pour over chilled graham cracker crust.
Step 3

Refrgerate for 1 hour. Top with cherry pie filling and serve. Delicious!
