A very easy Red Velvet cake. I do not have good luck with layers. So I make this when we want a red velvet cake.

1 box duncan hines red velvet cake mix
1 box small box instant vanilla or chocolate pudding
3/4 cup oil
3 - eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
INGREDIENTS FOR FROSTING. BELOW
8 ounces package cream cheese (room temperature)
12 ounces cool whip
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup sugar

How To Make easy red velvet cake

Step 1

Cake: Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 325 for 20 - 25 minutes ina greased 9 x 13 pan. (cool)

Step 2

Frosting: Mix Cool Whip, Cream Cheese, powdered Sugar and sugar together and spread over cooled cake.
