A very easy Red Velvet cake. I do not have good luck with layers. So I make this when we want a red velvet cake.

Ingredients
- 1 box duncan hines red velvet cake mix
- 1 box small box instant vanilla or chocolate pudding
- 3/4 cup oil
- 3 - eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- INGREDIENTS FOR FROSTING. BELOW
- 8 ounces package cream cheese (room temperature)
- 12 ounces cool whip
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
How To Make easy red velvet cake

Step 1Cake: Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 325 for 20 - 25 minutes ina greased 9 x 13 pan. (cool)

Step 2Frosting: Mix Cool Whip, Cream Cheese, powdered Sugar and sugar together and spread over cooled cake.
