Ingredients

1 - loaf of pound cake
1 teaspoon instant coffee powder
1 teaspoon very hot water
1 - 8 oz container light sour cream
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted in microwave

How To Make easy, quick mocha torte

Step 1

Slice cake into layers, about 5 layers. In cup dissolve coffee powder in hot water. Stir coffee into sour cream. Mix in chocolate chips.

Step 2

Spread mix between layers of cake, plus on top and the sides of cake. Cover, refrigerate 1 hr.
