Ingredients
- 2 cups canola oil
- 1 cup self rising flour
- 3/4 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 1 teaspoon orange peel
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
How To Make easy pumpkin donut holes.

Step 1In lg pot, heat oil over medium heat until hot, but not smoking. In lg bowl, combine all ingredients, except powdered sugar. Mix well. Drop batter by heaping tbsps into oil, fry 2 min, turning once. Drain on paper towels. Roll donut holes in powdered sugar. Also great drizzled w/ a little maple syrup.
