Another hit around Thanksgiving time. I made several of these cakes and there was not one crumb left.

Ingredients
- 15 ounces solid packed pumpkin
- 3 large eggs
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 18 1/4 ounces yellow cake mix
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spices
- 16 ounces vanilla frosting
- 3 ounces cream cheese, softened
How To Make easy pumpkin cake

Step 1combine the first 4 ingredients, mix well. Add cake mix and pumpkin pie spice and beat for 2 minutes

Step 2Pour into a greased 15x10x1 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-35 minutes or until toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.

Step 3Combine the frosting and cream cheese and spread on cake.

Step 4Store in refrigerator.
