- 2 packages (16-oz.) pound cake mix
- 4 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2/3 cup water
- 1 3/4 cups canned pumpkin
- 4 - eggs
- STREUSEL TOPPING
- 1/3 cup brown sugar,packed
- 1/4 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/3 cup margarine, softened

Step 1****STREUSEL TOPPING**** Combine brown sugar, pecans and flour. Cut in margarine until crumbly.

Step 2Preheat oven to 325°F. Combine cake mixes, spice and baking soda in a large bowl. Add water, pumpkin and eggs; beat well.

Step 3Spread half of the batter in a greased 13"x9" pan; sprinkle with half the streusel topping.

Step 4Carefully spread remaining batter over streusel layer; sprinkle remaining streusel topping over batter.
