Easy Pumpkin Cake with Streusel Topping-Annette's
(16-oz.) pound cake mix
Combine brown sugar, pecans and flour. Cut in margarine until crumbly.
2Preheat oven to 325°F. Combine cake mixes, spice and baking soda in a large bowl. Add water, pumpkin and eggs; beat well.
3Spread half of the batter in a greased 13"x9" pan; sprinkle with half the streusel topping.
4Carefully spread remaining batter over streusel layer; sprinkle remaining streusel topping over batter.
5Bake 50 minutes, or until done. Enjoy!
***This is also yummy with cream cheese icing or white icing drizzled over it.***
