I had to make something for the church choir Christmas party. I found these ingredients in my pantry. I think it turned out great!

Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 can pumpkin, canned or cooked
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 3 - eggs
- 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 pinch each nutmeg and cinnamon
How To Make easy pumpkin cake

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Step 2Spray non stick spray on 9x13 inch pan

Step 3Combine cake mix, pumpkin, evaporated milk and eggs.

Step 4Add nutmeg and cinnamon to taste.

Step 5Pour batter into pan and bake until cake pulls away from the sides of the pan and top is golden brown.

Step 6While cake is cooling, poke holes in it using a piece of dried spaghetti. Mix confectioners' sugar and milk to make a thin glaze. Pour confectioners' sugar/milk glaze over the cake.

Step 7Refrigerate at least an hour to allow the flavors to marry. 24 hours would be better.
