This is a great and very versatile recipe. It's perfect for the summer time as it takes minimal effort and is best served chilled!

  • 1 8 oz pkg
    cool whip
  • 1 8 oz pkg
    cream cheese
  • 1 4.5 g pkg
    crystal light pink lemonade mix
  • 1-2 Tbsp
    powdered sugar (to taste)

  • 2 c
    graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tsp
  • 2 Tbsp
    melted butter

How to Make Easy Pink Lemonade Cheesecake


  1. Combine crust ingredients and sprinkle in the bottom of desired serving dish. Do not press. Leave loose.
  2. Heat cream cheese for about 20 second in microwave, just until softened. Combine with lemonade mix until smooth. Fold in cool whip. Add powdered sugar.
  3. Pour on top of crust. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour prior to serving or overnight.
