This recipe was originally for buttercream shots, but since i'm not much of a fan of a mouth full of frosting I began to used it as a quick cheat to when i need to frost a cake in a hurry and nicely. I hope you all like, and I have added some alternatives at the bottom for those who would like something other than chocolate.

Ingredients For easy peasy buttercream

1/2 cbutter, room temperature

8 ozmarshmallow cream

1/8 tspsalt
-
2 tspvanilla extract
-
1/2 ccocoa powder
-
2 cpowdered sugar
- MOCHA ALTERNATE( JUST ADD TO ABOVE)

4 Tbspinstant coffee(nescafe is the best)
- STRAWBERRY OR OTHER FRUIT(SUB COCOA)

2/3 cfruit preserve
How To Make easy peasy buttercream

1In a large bowl, combine butter, marshmallow cream, salt and vanilla. Use an electric mixer with the whisk attachment on high to beat until well mixed.

2Add the cocoa powder and mix on low until just incorporated.

3Add the powdered sugar and mix on low until just incorporated, stopping to scrape the sides as needed. (Frosting can be refrigerated. Allow 10 to15 minutes after removing from refrigerator before proceeding.)

4Transfer the frosting to a large plastic bag with a corner snipped off, or piping bag fitted with a large icing tip.
