easy peanut butter sheetcake

Every time I bake this fast, easy, & delicious cake, EVERYONE wants the recipe....Worthy of sharing :) In a hurry for a potluck dinner dessert? This is it!

Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter, creamy
  • 1/2 cup cooking oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 2 - eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

How To Make easy peanut butter sheetcake

  • Step 1
    Bring water, butter, peanut butter, and oil to a boil. Remove from heat and add all ingredients. Stir until well blended. Pour into a greased & floured jelly roll pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool (or not)...works well either way.
  • Step 2
    FROSTING: Bring to boil: 1 stick butter, 1/3 cup milk, 1/2 cup peanut butter, 1 tsp. vanilla. Remove from heat and add 1 box (1 pound) SIFTED powdered sugar. Beat with mixer until smooth. Spread on cake.
