easy peach cobbler
This recipe was personally prepared by Sandy Miller for the July 2015 meeting of the Curious Cuisiners. Recipe by Sweet T makes Three Use fresh or canned fruit. If you use canned fruit, be sure to drain it first. If you use baking mix instead of flour, you can reduce the butter to 1/2 a stick.

Ingredients
- 1 cup self rising flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1 stick butter
- 2 cups fruit
How To Make easy peach cobbler

Step 1Melt butter in the bottom of an 8x8 or 9x9 square pan.

Step 2Mix flour, sugar, milk together in a medium bowl. Pour over butter. Do not stir!

Step 3Pour fruit on top and bake at 400 degrees until browned on top, about 30 minutes.
