2 - duncan hines brownie mixes
1 - small bag miniature marshmallows
CHOCOLATE FROSTING
1 box sifted confectioners' sugar
6 tablespoons melted butter or margarine
3 tablespoons cocoa, unsweetened
3 tablespoons milk
3 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans

How To Make easy mississippi mud cake

Step 1

Bake brownies in 9"x13" pan according to directions on box.

Step 2

Spread marshmallows on top of hot cake and put back in oven to melt them.
Step 3

Chocolate Frosting: Melt butter and cocoa. Add sugar.
Step 4

Add milk, vanilla, and pecans to butter/cocoa/sugar mixture, and beat.
Step 5

Spread on top of hot marshmallows. Absolute yummy and so very easy!
