- 1 (16.5 oz package lemon cake mix
- - ingredients listed on the cake mix box
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 4 teaspoons lemon juice
How To Make easy lemon spice cake

Step 1Prepare the cake according to the directions on the package but add the cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger to the batter before baking.

Step 2While cake is cooling prepare the glaze as follows:

Step 3Whisk together the powdered sugar and lemon juice until smooth.

Step 4Place the cake on a serving dish.

Step 5Drizzle the glaze over the cake.
