- CAKE
- 1 box lemon cake mix
- 3 large eggs
- 1 can coconut milk
- GLAZE
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
- 4 tablespoons milk
How To Make easy lemon loaf

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix cake mix, eggs, and coconut milk until well blended. Grease two loaf pans and divide mixture. Bake for 30-35 minutes until toothpick comes put clean.

Step 2Meanwhile, prepare glaze. Mix all ingredients together until smooth (you may have to add more milk to reach a smooth consistency).

Step 3Let cool for 10 minutes, remove from pan, and pour glaze over top.
