easy lemon cake
so, i was looking for a cake to fix for my daughters birthday (25th), she doesn't care for chocolate so as i was looking through recipes i came across this one. i did make a few changes, but it was an absolute hit! even my 2 and 5 yr old grand babies loved it! and believe me, the 5 yr old is VERY picky.

Ingredients
- 1 package lemon cake mix
- 2 packages lemon flavored instant pudding
- 3/4 cup cold milk
- 1 - tub cool whip, thawed
- 1/4 cup confectioner sugar
- 1 can lemon frosting
How To Make easy lemon cake

Step 1Prepare cake as directed on box for 2(8-or9 inch)cake layers, except add 1 package of dry pudding mix to batter. Remove to wire racks and let cool completely.

Step 2Whisk other package of pudding with the milk. Spread between cake layers.

Step 3Frost top and sides with a thin layer of the icing. Whisk conf sugar into cool whip, frost top and sides of cakes.
