How to Make Easy Lemon Cake Pudding...
- Heat oven to 325F. Lightly grease & flour custard cups.
- Sift together dry ingredients in large bowl.
- Beat egg whites with the sugar until sift peaks & glossy.
- Combine wet ingredients to flour mixture. Fold in egg whites. Make sure not to over fold.
- Pour into custard cups, set in pan of hot water & bake for 45 mins.
- Let cool.
