This was the first custard I have ever tried to make. Came out good. Was so good I never got to try it lol...

Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cake flour
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 3 - eggs, separated
- 1 1/2 cups milk, scalded
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 5 tablespoons lemon juice, fresh
- 2 teaspoons lemon rind, grated
How To Make easy lemon cake pudding...

Step 1Heat oven to 325F. Lightly grease & flour custard cups.

Step 2Sift together dry ingredients in large bowl.

Step 3Beat egg whites with the sugar until sift peaks & glossy.

Step 4Combine wet ingredients to flour mixture. Fold in egg whites. Make sure not to over fold.

Step 5Pour into custard cups, set in pan of hot water & bake for 45 mins.

Step 6Let cool.
