- 1 package yellow cake mix
- 1 - 3.5 oz pkg sugar free vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup 1% milk
- 4 - eggs
- 1 - 12 oz jar blackberry or favorite jam
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 cup canola oil
How To Make easy jelly-filled cupcakes

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Spray 24 muffin cups w/ cooking spray. In bowl, beat cake mix, pudding mix, milk, oil and eggs until mix is moist.

Step 2Fill muffin cups 1/2 full. Bake 18-20 mins, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool Cut out from middle of cupcakes, a 1-1/2" long plug of cake.

Step 3Fill the openings of cupcakes w/ jam. Sprinkle w/ powdered sugar.
