How to Make Easy Frosting #1-LJ
1Blend flour and milk well. Cook until thick, stirring constantly to prevent scorching. Cool completely.
2Place softened butter, sugar, vanilla, and milk mixture in mixing bowl. Beat on high speed until it clumps on the beaters. Could take upwards off 15-20 minutes with lower fat milk.
3This recipe does not work well with 1/2% or skim milk.
