1/2 cmilk (2% or higher fat content)
1 stickbutter or oleo, softened
How to Make Easy Frosting #1-LJ
- Blend flour and milk well. Cook until thick, stirring constantly to prevent scorching. Cool completely.
- Place softened butter, sugar, vanilla, and milk mixture in mixing bowl. Beat on high speed until it clumps on the beaters. Could take upwards off 15-20 minutes with lower fat milk.
- This recipe does not work well with 1/2% or skim milk.
