Ingredients
- 1/2 cup milk (2% or higher fat content)
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 stick butter or oleo, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Step 1Blend flour and milk well. Cook until thick, stirring constantly to prevent scorching. Cool completely.

Step 2Place softened butter, sugar, vanilla, and milk mixture in mixing bowl. Beat on high speed until it clumps on the beaters. Could take upwards off 15-20 minutes with lower fat milk.

Step 3This recipe does not work well with 1/2% or skim milk.
