Easy eggnog bread

1/2 cmelted butter

1 ceggnog, store bought or homemade

2 tsprum extract

1 tspvanilla

2 call purpose flour

1/4 cwhole wheat flour

2 tspbaking powder

1/4 tspground nutmeg

1 csugar
How to Make Easy eggnog bread
- Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9" x 5" loaf pan w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, beat eggs. Stir in sugar, butter, eggnog, rum extract and vanilla.
- In another bowl, combine flours, baking powder and nutmeg. Stir flour mix into eggnog mix to combine.
- Pour batter into pan. Bake 40-60 mins, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
