Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup eggnog, store bought or homemade
- 2 teaspoons rum extract
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 cup sugar
How To Make easy eggnog bread

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Spray a 9" x 5" loaf pan w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, beat eggs. Stir in sugar, butter, eggnog, rum extract and vanilla.

Step 2In another bowl, combine flours, baking powder and nutmeg. Stir flour mix into eggnog mix to combine.

Step 3Pour batter into pan. Bake 40-60 mins, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
