Ingredients
- CAKE
- 1 box devils food cake mix
- 1/2 cup coffee creamer (liquid) i used italian cream
- 1/2 cup brewed or instant coffee
- 3 - eggs
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- FROSTING
- 1 - tub vanilla whipped frosting
- 1/2 cup jif hazelnut cappuccino spread
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
How To Make easy devils food cupcakes w/jif hazelnut frosting

Step 1CAKE: I used the 1/2 cup coffee creamer and 1/2 cup brewed coffee in place of the water (as directed in the cake mix)

Step 2Mix until smooth. Add the cinnamon, eggs and oil. Mix for 2-4 minutes. Spoon ( I used a melon ball tool, into a paper lined cup cake tin (I used a mini-cupcake tin which holds 24 cupcakes. Bake as directed. Cool throughly

Step 3FROSTING: In mixer on low speed, mix JIF Hazelnut Cappuccino into whipped frosting. Add vanilla and cinnamon. Mix until well blended. Put into pastry bag or use plastic bag (with small tip cut in corner). Frost cooled cupcakes. Sprinkle with a cinnamon/sugar mixture (optional)
