it is soooo easy, and it is the best cheesecake i have ever eaten

i like the cherry topping, but youcan add anything really. some like fresh strawberries, and some like chocolate chips. whatever ur taste....

Ingredients

2 packages philidelphia cream cheese
1 can sweetened condenced milk
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 - graham cracker pie crust
1 can of whatever topping you like, or none at all. ( i like cherry)

How To Make easy delicious cheesecake

Step 1

set crusts to the side,

Step 2

in a large bowl, mix all ingredients until blended well. except for the toppings
Step 3

scoop half of mixture into each pie crust
Step 4

split 1 can of topping between the two pies. (blueberries, strawberries, cherries pie filling, or fresh)
Step 5

refrigerate for about 30 minutes
Step 6
