The cream cheese makes these cupcakes nice and creamy and oh so yummy! I put red and green sprinkles on them for Christmas.

Ingredients
- 1 package chocolate fudge cake mix
- 1 - 8 oz pkg light cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 - 12 oz pkg chocolate chips, divided
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
How To Make easy creamy choclate cupcakes

Step 1Bake cake as directed. Fill each muffin cup 2/3 full. In lg bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until fluffy. Beat in egg. Stir in 1 cup chocolate chips.

Step 2Drop 1 heaping tsp of filling onto each muffin cup. Bake as directed on box. Cool cake. In sauepan over medium heat, bring heavy cream to a boil, stirring constantly. Place remaining choclate chips in a bowl. Pour cream over chocolate chips.. Stir until smooth.

Step 3Let coo about 10 mins, until slightly thickened. Spoon over cupcakeas. Let set before serving.
