How to Make Easy Coconut Cream Cake
- Prepare cake mix according to package directions, ADDING 1 cup of the coconut to batter. Bake in 13 x9 pan according to package directions.
- While cake is still warm, poke holes in cake, drizzle cream of coconut over top. Place in fridge to cool completely.
- When cool, frost cake with the cool whip topping.
- Sprinkle package with remaining coconut and put in the fridge to cool. Enjoy
