This cake needs to be stored in the fridge.

I find cream of coconut in the aisle where you find drink mixers.

cake mix, yellow or white
1 can(s)
cream of coconut
1 pkg
shredded coconut
1 pkg
cool whip,thawed


1Prepare cake mix according to package directions, ADDING 1 cup of the coconut to batter. Bake in 13 x9 pan according to package directions.
2While cake is still warm, poke holes in cake, drizzle cream of coconut over top. Place in fridge to cool completely.
3When cool, frost cake with the cool whip topping.
4Sprinkle package with remaining coconut and put in the fridge to cool. Enjoy
