Ingredients
- 1 box cake mix, yellow or white
- 1 can cream of coconut
- 1 package shredded coconut
- 1 package cool whip,thawed
How To Make easy coconut cream cake

Step 1Prepare cake mix according to package directions, ADDING 1 cup of the coconut to batter. Bake in 13 x9 pan according to package directions.

Step 2While cake is still warm, poke holes in cake, drizzle cream of coconut over top. Place in fridge to cool completely.

Step 3When cool, frost cake with the cool whip topping.

Step 4Sprinkle package with remaining coconut and put in the fridge to cool. Enjoy
