I'm not the greatest cook in the world but I LOVE coconut cake.One day a friend told me she made a coconut cake for a church meal. I was amazed she would tackle such a big job....until she gave me the recipe! Even I can make it- and it's delicious!!

Ingredients

1 box - white cake mix
1 can - sweetened condensed milk
1 tub - cool whip
1 bag - coconut, flaked

How To Make easy coconut cake

Step 1

Bake cake as directed on the box.

Step 2

Stick holes in cake with a fork while still warm.
Step 3

Pour entire can of sweetened condensed on top of warm cake.Let completely cool.
Step 4

When cake is cool,cover with entire tub of cool whip.
Step 5

Last, sprinkle bag of coconut on top on the cool whip. Keep chilled.
